These posters where part of a series of workshops created for Ikea - A Better World Starts at Home. This particular workshop was meant to teach people how to care of the scraps from their kitchen and re-grow them into new fresh produce.
When vegetables re-grow they tend to look kind of like a Frankenstein's monster. We repurposed that feeling into a graphic expression. Old-timey school posters that both makes you think of biology experiments, but the style was also quite trendy at the time (meaning people might have even wanted to hang them up at home).
